The cuisine of La Taberna del Pintxo is a fusion of the main features of both the gastronomy of northern and southern Spain, offering top quality raw materials.

La Taberna del Pintxo is committed to a new restaurant concept, based on the preparation of cold and hot pintxos and tapas. The pintxos can be personally selected by the customer at the bar, while the hot ones are dynamically presented by the waiters to the different tables and customers. The format and price of the pintxos vary according to the different models of toothpick and their presentation, either hot or cold.

The menu, in addition to including a wide selection of pintxos and tapas, includes casseroles, suggestions of the day, homemade desserts, as well as an extensive selection of the best wines in the country.
